Recruitment Open for Six Positions
Team Sparta announced on the 27th that it will conduct an open recruitment to actively expand its artificial intelligence (AI) new business.
The recruitment process is largely divided into the 'B2B Team' and the 'Outsourcing Team'.
First, the B2B Team is hiring for a total of four positions: ▲Account Executive (AE), who diagnoses the status of AI utilization at client companies and consults on AX success strategies; ▲Project Manager (PM), who oversees projects and designs execution frameworks; ▲Frontend Engineer, who implements business requirements through technology; and ▲Product Designer, who leads design with a focus on user experience.

The Outsourcing Team is hiring for two positions: ▲Product Manager, who is responsible for everything from establishing the roadmap for AI agents to launch and performance management; and ▲AI Agent Engineer, who designs, implements, and deploys AI agents, as well as verifies and enhances their performance.
They are also recruiting internship positions linked to potential full-time employment in the Software Engineer and Product Designer fields. For Software Engineers, successful candidates will be assigned to one of the backend, frontend, data, or full-stack engineer positions after joining the company. After gaining three months of practical experience, the possibility of conversion to a full-time position will be determined based on evaluation results.
The recruitment process begins with document screening, followed by job-specific phone or video interviews, peer interviews, and leader interviews, with some variations depending on the position.
