This training is held for three days from the 22nd to the 24th at the Agricultural Technology Center's computer training room, with a total of 55 employees participating.
The program is structured around practical work and consists of step-by-step advanced modules: ▲ Day 1 focuses on "Drafting Plans and Utilizing Advanced Prompts," ▲ Day 2 covers "Enhancing Administrative Work Using Excel and ChatGPT," and ▲ Day 3 addresses "Advanced Data Analysis and AI Tool Utilization."
Participants will directly apply AI technology to various work areas such as drafting administrative documents, data analysis, and policy proposals, experiencing practical ways to improve administrative efficiency.
An official from Hongcheon County stated, "This GPT practical training has accelerated the digital transformation of administrative work and strengthened each employee's ability to utilize AI," adding, "We will continue to pursue innovation in public administration and employee capacity development to realize a smarter Hongcheon."
