Selection to Be Announced at Paradise City on October 27
Collaboration with Global Gastronomy Guide La Liste
Paradise Group announced on October 24 that it will co-host the La Liste 2026 Awards Ceremony with the global gastronomy guide 'La Liste' at Paradise City, the integrated resort in Yeongjongdo, Incheon, on October 27. At the event, the world's top 1,000 restaurants will be selected.
La Liste is a leading global restaurant guide that annually evaluates restaurants, hotels, and pastry shops in over 200 countries, announcing its Top 1,000 selection. The event will not only honor outstanding restaurants and chefs, but also feature a forum to analyze the current state of the gastronomy industry and explore its future.
Attending the event will be some of Korea’s most renowned chefs, including Kang Mingoo (Mingles), Kang Minchul (Kang Minchul Restaurant), Park Sungbae (Onjium), Park Junwoo (O Petit Vert), Ahn Sungjae (Mosu), Yeo Kyungrae (Hongbogak), Lee Yeonbok (Mokran), and Cho Eunhee (Onjium), listed in alphabetical order.
Paradise Group has been dedicated to the advancement of Korea’s culinary culture even before its collaboration with La Liste. A prime example is the establishment of 'Culinary Lab by Paradise' within the group in August. Culinary Lab by Paradise is an F&B (Food & Beverage) research and development center, with Kang Mingoo, Korea’s only Michelin three-star chef from Mingles, serving as the chief consultant.
Paradise Group plans to combine Chef Kang’s fine dining expertise and ingredient research techniques to apply them to the F&B content of its flagship hotel in Jangchung-dong, Seoul, which is scheduled to open in 2028.
