"Public Institutions and Companies Gather"… Jeonnam National University to Host Job Festa on the 30th Jeonnam National University Job Festa Poster.

Jeonnam National University will host a large-scale job fair where participants can meet human resources managers and current employees from more than 80 well-known domestic companies and public institutions.

The Jeonnam National University Career Plus Center announced on the 24th that it will hold the '2025 Jeonnam National University JOB FESTA' on October 30 at the 5·18 Square on the university campus.

This job fair is designed to provide young people with practical recruitment information and career exploration opportunities. Major public enterprises such as Korea Electric Power Corporation, National Pension Service, and Korea Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corporation, as well as large corporations including KIA, Samsung, SK, KT, and OCI, and outstanding local companies such as Sumitomo Seika Polymers Korea, Alps Korea, and Amkor Technology Korea will participate.

The event will feature a total of 80 booths, including the Job Consulting Zone, CNU HERO (Jeonnam National University Hero) Zone, and Affiliated Institutions Promotion Zone. Each company will provide recruitment information, job consultations, and on-site interviews at their respective booths.

In the employment lecture room at the library annex, companies scheduled to recruit in the second half of 2025 will hold recruitment briefings, offering detailed information on the qualities they seek in candidates and their recruitment processes.

In particular, the 'CNU HERO (Jeonnam National University Hero) Zone' will feature 12 alumni currently working at companies such as GS Retail, Hyundai Motor Company, and Korea Credit Guarantee Fund. These alumni will share their job preparation experiences from their university days and vivid stories of their career challenges with current students.

Additionally, there will be various experiential programs such as the Youth Growth Project, National Employment Support System, Future Tomorrow Job Experience, as well as booths promoting youth employment policies. Interactive activities will include instant photo booths, personal color analysis, a roulette event, and tarot consultations.

Jung Nanhee, Director of the Center, said, "This JOB FESTA is a meaningful opportunity for Jeonnam National University students and local youth to gather and directly obtain valuable employment information from company HR managers and alumni. We will continue to expand practical support opportunities to help young people find direction and prepare for their careers and employment."
