Ulsan Pedal and Ulsan Mall Discount Coupon Promotions Held Simultaneously

Ulsan City is launching the "Ulsan Pay Special Discount" and the "Ulsan Pedal·Ulsan Mall Consumption Promotion Event" in celebration of the nationwide discount festival, the "Korea Grand Festival."

First, during the "Korea Grand Festival," which will be held from October 29 to November 9, consumers who make payments using Ulsan Pay will receive a total cashback benefit of 18%, which is 5% higher than the existing 13%. The cashback will be provided within a monthly payment limit of 300,000 won.

This event is funded by 804 million won in national funds allocated through the government's second supplementary budget for 2025.

In particular, during the event period, an additional 5% cashback will be applied when making payments at Good Price Stores and Ulsan Pay-affiliated merchants within traditional markets, or when using Ulsan Pedal or Ulsan Mall. This allows consumers to receive up to 23% in total cashback benefits.

Additionally, during the "Korea Sale Festa," which runs from October 29 to November 16, discount coupon promotions will also be held on Ulsan Pedal and Ulsan Mall.

During the event, members who have agreed to receive Ulsan Pay marketing communications will be offered a 10,000 won discount coupon for Ulsan Mall and a 3,000 won discount coupon for Ulsan Pedal. For Ulsan Pedal, an additional 2,000 won discount coupon will be provided upon using the 3,000 won coupon.

Coupons are limited to one per person and can be downloaded on a first-come, first-served basis from the Ulsan Pedal and Ulsan Mall apps. They can be used for purchases of 20,000 won or more. However, the event may end early if the budget is exhausted.

Ulsan City expects this event to help reduce household financial burdens and contribute to increasing sales for local small businesses.

An official from the city stated, "Active participation from citizens is the greatest driving force for the recovery of the local economy," and added, "Please support small businesses through responsible consumption using Ulsan Pay, Ulsan Pedal, and Ulsan Mall."
