To Be Held Next Month at Grand InterContinental Parnas Seoul
Pre-event Dinner on the 19th, Main Event and Global Conference on the 20th

The Korea Real Estate Development Association (KODA) announced on October 20 that it will hold the 'A.N.D 20 (ALL NEW DEVELOPER PROJECT 20)' event at the Grand InterContinental Parnas in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, on November 20 to mark its 20th anniversary. The event will feature direct participation from global developers such as Kushner Companies from the United States, Mori Building from Japan, and Edge from the Netherlands, who will share their visions for global real estate development.
The event is organized by the '20th Anniversary Project Committee,' which was officially launched in April and is led by Kim Hanmo, Chairman of HM Group, and Vice Chairman Kim Daegun, Chairman of ReGun Group. The committee has been engaging with major overseas developers for nearly a year. In July, they visited the headquarters of Kushner Companies in New York to meet with the management, and in September, they discussed future cooperation plans at the headquarters of Mori Building in Japan. The association stated that, as a result of these exchanges, the official participation of the three global developers has been confirmed.

On the morning of the event, a 'Global Developer Conference' will be held. Nicole Kushner Meyer, the Chief Operating Officer of Kushner Companies and sister of former White House Senior Advisor Jared Kushner, will speak as a lecturer. From Mori Building in Japan, Vice President Mori Hiroo, who led the Roppongi Hills project, will take the stage. From Edge in the Netherlands, Cecile Babcock, Head of Asset Allocation, will also deliver a lecture. Domestically, Moon Joohyun, Chairman of MDM Group and regarded as a first-generation developer in Korea, will also give a presentation.
The event will begin on November 19 with a pre-event dinner with international guests, followed by the conference, discussions, and roundtable sessions on the morning of November 20. In the afternoon, the main event, the 'KODA 20th Anniversary Ceremony,' will take place. During this ceremony, the association will host the 'NEXT 20 Vision Declaration' outlining the vision for the next 20 years, the inauguration of the 'Korea Real Estate Development Industry Research Institute,' and the 'KODA Developer Awards' ceremony.
Kim Hanmo, head of the 20th Anniversary Project Committee, stated, "The enthusiastic participation of world-renowned developers is a symbolic example of the growth potential of Korea's developer industry. I hope that through A.N.D 20, the Korean developer industry will engage with the global stage and prepare for a leap forward over the next 20 years."
