On the 21st, Gwangju and South Jeolla Province will experience mostly cloudy skies, gradually clearing up in the evening.

According to the Gwangju Regional Meteorological Administration, the region will be affected by a cold continental high-pressure system expanding from northern China over the West Sea.

The morning low is expected to be between 8 and 14 degrees Celsius, while the daytime high will range from 16 to 20 degrees Celsius. Waves in the coastal waters off the West Sea and South Sea are forecast to reach up to 3.5 meters, and ultrafine dust concentrations will remain at a 'good' level.

An official from the Meteorological Administration advised, "Winds will be very strong, with instantaneous speeds exceeding 70 km/h (20 m/s), so please pay close attention to facility management and safety accidents."
