Kyobo Securities Launches Kimchi Sharing Campaign for 76th Anniversary

This campaign, themed "The Story of Making Kimchi Together," has been organized to support the healthy growth of children and adolescents in need of balanced meals. Anyone can participate in the campaign through the Happybean "Good Action" page until November 17. For every three supportive comments left by participants, one head of kimchi will be accumulated. Kyobo Securities employees will then directly participate in kimchi-making volunteer work according to the total number of accumulated heads of kimchi.

The completed kimchi will be delivered through the nonprofit organization Happy People to 28 welfare institutions, including the Yeongdeungpo Regional Child Center Association, Sangnok Orphanage, and Happy House.

This activity is part of a month-long company-wide relay volunteer initiative commemorating the 76th anniversary of the company's founding. In addition to the kimchi sharing event, various programs such as "Happy Cooking," "Warm Meal Table," and "Blood Donation of Love" will follow. Major branches across the country, including Busan, Gwangju, and Daejeon, also plan to conduct community-tailored volunteer activities such as preparing snack packages for firefighters, beautifying welfare facilities, and providing free meals.

A Kyobo Securities representative stated, "We prepared this campaign to reflect on the meaning of our founding together with our employees and to create sustainable change in our society," adding, "We hope that this warmth will continue and bring hope to even more neighbors."
