The morning low will range from 2 to 15 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high is forecast to be between 12 and 22 degrees Celsius. From early morning to late morning, rain will turn to snow on high mountains in northern Gangwon Province (at altitudes above 1,200 meters), and some areas may see the first snowfall of around 1 centimeter.
In Gangwon Yeongdong, rain is expected from early morning; in the eastern coast and northeastern mountains of North Gyeongsang Province, rain will start from the morning; and in eastern South Gyeongsang Province, rain will begin from late afternoon in some areas. Expected precipitation is 10 to 50 millimeters in Gangwon Yeongdong, 5 to 30 millimeters in the northern east coast and northeastern mountains of North Gyeongsang Province, and around 5 millimeters in Busan, Ulsan, eastern inland of South Gyeongsang Province, southern east coast of North Gyeongsang Province, Ulleungdo, and Dokdo.
Frost is expected in some inland areas of Gyeonggi Province, inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon Province, inland areas of Chungcheong Province, and high mountains in eastern North Jeolla Province. In some northern inland areas of Gyeonggi Province, northern inland and mountainous regions of Gangwon Province, ice may form.
Wave heights in the sea are forecast to be 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the East Sea, 1.0 to 3.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.5 meters in the South Sea. In the offshore areas (within about 200 kilometers from the coastline), waves are expected to reach 1.5 to 5.5 meters in the East Sea, 1.5 to 4.0 meters in the West Sea, and 1.0 to 4.0 meters in the South Sea.
