4,500 Units to Be Offered Across 10 Complexes Nationwide in the Fourth Week of October [Real Estate AtoZ]

In the fourth week of October, a total of 4,500 apartment units will begin pre-sale across 10 complexes nationwide.

According to Real Estate R114 on October 18, a total of 4,500 units (including 2,497 general pre-sale units) will be supplied across 10 complexes nationwide next week. This is a decrease of 487 units compared to the previous week.

Applications will be accepted for complexes such as Hoecheon Jungang Station Paragon in Hoejeong-dong, Yangju, Gyeonggi Province; The Park Vista Dongwon in Gamjeon-dong, Sasang District, Busan; and Doosan We've the Zenith Gumi in Gwangpyeong-dong, Gumi, North Gyeongsang Province.

Hoecheon Jungang Station Paragon, located in the Hoecheon District of Yangju, Gyeonggi Province, will consist of eight buildings with a total of 845 units, ranging from two basement levels to 29 floors above ground.

The Hoecheon Urban High-Tech Industrial Complex and Yangju Technovalley are nearby, and the area is close to natural environments such as Deokgyecheon Stream and Doraksan Mountain. Hoecheon Saebom Elementary School, located near the complex, is scheduled to open in September 2026.

Hoecheon Jungang Station on Line 1, within walking distance, is expected to open in 2027. In addition, Deokjeong Station (Line 1), a seven-minute drive away, is scheduled to add the GTX-C line in 2030, which is expected to improve transportation both within and outside the region.
