Everland to Open 'Snow Peak Everland Campfield' to the Public Starting on the 31st

Everland, operated by the resort division of Samsung C&T Corporation, announced on the 16th that it will open the 'Snow Peak Everland Campfield' to the public starting on the 31st, in partnership with Snow Peak Korea.

Located within the Everland complex in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province, the 'Snow Peak Everland Campfield' is Snow Peak’s first directly managed campsite in South Korea. It is regarded as a unique space where visitors can enjoy premium camping in the great outdoors near Seoul.

A variety of accommodation options are available, including a premium auto camping zone, a tent suite zone, and the mobile house 'Jubako' designed by renowned architect Kengo Kuma. The site also operates as a multi-purpose complex where guests can enjoy experiences such as a Snow Peak store, cafe and dining, forest trekking, and morning yoga. In addition, the entire campfield incorporates eco-friendly technologies, including a tiered design that preserves the natural terrain, the introduction of the resource-recovery robot 'Nephron,' and AI-based spatial data services, all aimed at organically connecting people and nature.

With the opening of the campfield, Everland is expected to gain great popularity among visitors this fall as a comprehensive cultural complex encompassing a theme park, art museum, museum, speedway, and now camping. Campfield guests can enjoy both nature and art by using a free shuttle bus that connects Everland with Hoam Art Museum and Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance Mobility Museum.

The Snow Peak Everland Campfield held its opening ceremony at the end of last month and is currently in a trial operation phase. The online reservation site for the general public opens on the 15th of every month.
