The government aims to complete the recovery of 289 systems, including Grade 1 and 2 services such as legal information services that have a significant impact on daily life, by the end of this month. Additionally, 76 other systems, such as those related to legislative education, are scheduled to resume service by the 20th of next month.

Yoon also said, "We have conducted a structural diagnosis of the Daejeon Center building to analyze the impact of the fire on the building's stability. All newly introduced equipment is being deployed only after thoroughly reviewing load and safety standards, and we are strictly adhering to safety principles throughout the recovery process."

He added, "For systems that need to be relocated to the Daegu Center, we will work closely with relevant ministries to ensure a stable and systematic transfer."

As of 6 a.m. on October 16, 324 out of 709 systems had been restored, bringing the overall recovery rate to 45.7%. With the restoration of the Grade 1 resident registration card mobile verification service, the recovery rate for Grade 1 systems has risen to 77.5%.
