Connecting Local Aviation Companies and Young Job Seekers
Sacheon City in South Gyeongsang Province will host the "2025 Sacheon Aerospace Specialized Job Fair" at Sacheon Gymnasium on October 22, aiming to expand youth employment opportunities centered on the aviation industry.
This job fair is organized by Sacheon City, which is preparing for a new leap forward with the opening of the Aerospace Administration. The event seeks to strengthen job connections between local aviation industry companies and young job seekers.
The event is expected to bring together 33 aerospace and related companies (23 participating directly and 10 indirectly), more than 800 job seekers, and officials from relevant organizations.
At the recruitment booth inside the venue, there will be one-on-one on-site interviews between hiring companies and job seekers. Employment support agencies will also introduce customized job policies and support programs.
In addition, the side event area will offer a variety of programs to help alleviate job search stress and support self-expression, such as personal color analysis for interviews, makeup consultations, and tarot readings.
In particular, Korea Aerospace Industries' "Aerospace Manufacturing Vision Seminar" talk concert and Professor Park Changkyu's special lecture on "Successful Job Strategies Aligned with 2025 Recruitment Trends" are expected to provide practical information to students and young people aspiring to work in the aviation industry.
Mayor Park Dongsik stated, "I hope this job fair will serve as an opportunity for job seekers to find employment and for companies to secure talent," adding, "We will continue to provide support so that Sacheon can establish itself as the center of Korea's aviation industry, in line with the opening of the Aerospace Administration and the creation of the Aerospace Complex City."
