Autumn Fresh Fruit Event from October 16 to 22
Sweet Persimmons (4-8 pieces), 50% Off at 4,900 Won
Final Promotion of the Year for Apple Jujubes and Figs
Emart announced on October 15 that it will be holding a Grand Autumn Fresh Fruit Festival for one week, from October 16 to October 22.
First, the "Naju Pears Harvested After Chuseok (4-7 pieces per box)" will be sold at 12,900 won, a 3,000 won discount from the original price of 15,900 won, when customers accumulate Shinsegae Points. The four varieties of Stevia Cherry Tomatoes, which are popular year-round, will be available at a 50% discount when purchasing two or more packs.
There will also be a persimmon promotion. "Sweet Persimmons (4-8 pieces per bag)" will be sold at 4,900 won, a 50% discount from the regular price of 9,800 won, when Shinsegae Points are accumulated. Emart secured a pre-purchase of 30 tons of sweet persimmons for this half-price promotion.
Hongsi persimmons, which are only available in October and November, will also be discounted. When purchasing two or more packs of "Hongsi Persimmons (4-6 pieces per pack)"-normally priced at 6,980 won per pack-customers will receive a 3,000 won discount per pack. Another autumn favorite, chestnuts, will be available in an unlimited fill-your-bag event for four days from October 16 to October 19 at 12,800 won.
"Shine Muscat Grapes (2.2kg per box)" will be sold at 13,860 won, a 30% discount from the regular price of 19,800 won, when purchased with a promotional card. Open-field Shine Muscat grapes, which are now in peak season, can be stored until next year, making this the best time to enjoy them at their highest quality. Open-field "Tyvek Tangerines (3kg)" and "Jeju Tangerines (3kg)" will be sold at 14,900 won and 12,900 won, respectively.
Additionally, "Apple Jujubes (700g per pack)" and GAP-certified "Yeongam Figs (16-20 pieces)" will be available at 7,800 won and 9,480 won, respectively-a discount of 5,000 won from the regular prices of 12,800 won and 14,480 won-when Shinsegae Points are accumulated.
Kwak Daehwan, Head of Produce at Emart, stated, "We have prepared a large-scale fruit promotion so customers can enjoy seasonal fruits at affordable prices and reduce the burden of grocery costs. Since the lead time from harvest to consumption is short for fruits, this is a great opportunity to purchase surplus stock released before and after the holidays at lower prices."
