Doosan Construction, in consortium with BS Hanyang, has completed the subscription process for "Doosan We’ve & Sujain Bupyeong The First," a residential redevelopment project in the Bugae 4 District of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, with a peak competition rate of 12.3 to 1. Despite the recent wait-and-see sentiment in the subscription market, the project's location near Seoul Subway Line 7 and its status as a large-scale branded apartment complex with 1,299 units have attracted strong interest from potential buyers, leading to this successful outcome.


According to Korea Real Estate Board’s Subscription Home, the subscription for Doosan We’ve & Sujain Bupyeong The First, held from Tuesday, September 30 to Wednesday, October 1, excluding special supply, saw a total of 1,013 applications for 247 available units, resulting in an average competition rate of 4.1 to 1.

The highest competition rate for Doosan We’ve & Sujain Bupyeong The First was recorded for the 74㎡A type, at 12.3 to 1, followed by the 74㎡C type at 9.3 to 1 and the 74㎡B type at 8.0 to 1. All three 74㎡ types closed in the first round, indicating high interest. Additionally, all three 59㎡ types recorded competition rates exceeding 4 to 1, reflecting consistently strong demand across the board.

The upcoming sales schedule includes the announcement of successful applicants on Wednesday, October 15, followed by the contract signing period from Monday, October 27 to Wednesday, October 29, spanning three days. As the complex is located in a non-regulated area, the resale restriction period is one year from the announcement date, with no mandatory occupancy requirement.


Meanwhile, Doosan We’ve & Sujain Bupyeong The First will be developed in the Bugae-dong area of Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, consisting of 13 buildings with up to 25 floors above ground and two basement levels, for a total of 1,299 units. Residents will have easy access to Gulpocheon Station on Subway Line 7, enabling direct commutes to major business districts in Seoul such as Gasan Digital Complex and Gangnam without transfers. The area is rich in lifestyle infrastructure, including Lotte Mart, Hyundai Department Store, and Incheon St. Mary’s Hospital, and is within walking distance of schools such as Bugwang Elementary and Middle Schools and Bugwang Girls’ High School.
