The events are open to members of Hyundai Card's premium cards and three types of boutique cards.
Gourmet Week is Korea's largest gourmet festival, where participants can experience 50 premium restaurants curated by Hyundai Card at a 50% discount. The event, which began in 2006, is now in its 27th edition. Hotel Week offers premium hotel package deals in Korea at a 40% discount.
Gourmet Week features a lineup of Michelin-selected restaurants, fine dining venues reflecting the latest culinary trends, and restaurants run by chefs who appeared on the popular program "Black & White Chef."
The event will be held in Seoul and Busan from October 24 to 30, with about 50 restaurants participating. All reservations must be made in advance. Reservations are confirmed after selecting the restaurant, number of guests, and visit time, and paying the reservation deposit through the Hyundai Card application. The reservation period runs from 10:00 a.m. on October 17 until 11:59 p.m. on October 29. Each member can participate once per day, up to a maximum of seven times during the event period.
In Seoul, guests can experience dishes from Michelin-starred chefs. Participants include Giwa Gang by Michelin one-star chef Kang Mincheol, which opened last year; Dining Festa by Chunghoo, launched in May by chef Lee Chunghoo; and Sonnet, run by Michelin three-star owner-chef Ahn Jaehee.
In Busan, participating restaurants include Osteria Eobu, an Italian restaurant using local ingredients and seafood, and Ramzi, a French restaurant known for its use of fresh seasonal ingredients. For the first time, "Shyeobeul," which reinterprets traditional Korean cuisine with modern culinary techniques, will join, set against the backdrop of Haeundae and Dongbaek Island.
Hotel Week will run throughout next month, with 28 premium hotels in Seoul, Busan, Jeju, and Incheon participating.
Hotel Week reservations and benefits can be checked and booked through the Hyundai Card app. In Seoul and Incheon, guests can book one night per hotel, while in other regions, up to two nights are available. Reservations are open from October 23 to November 29.
In Seoul, 18 hotels are participating, including Josun Palace, Grand Hyatt Seoul, Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, and Fairmont Ambassador Seoul. In Busan, four hotels are participating, such as Grand Josun Busan and Paradise Hotel Busan. In Jeju, four hotels are participating, including Shilla Hotel Jeju and Parnas Hotel Jeju. In Incheon, two hotels are participating: Paradise City and Art Paradiso. The number of hotels offering top-tier rooms has increased compared to last year.
Meanwhile, Hyundai Card is running an event through its official Instagram account. Winners will be selected by drawing and awarded prizes such as Cooking Library Deli vouchers and hotel spa vouchers.
