Launch of Three New Menu Items Including "Edward Lee K Chicken Burger"
Mamstouch announced on October 14 that it has launched the second "Chef Edward Lee Collection," featuring recipes personally developed by Chef Edward Lee.
The menu lineup consists of three items: "Edward Lee K Chicken Burger," "Edward Lee K Beef Burger," and "Edward Lee Cream Dijon Big Thigh Boneless Chicken." The two Edward Lee K burgers are distinguished by Chef Edward Lee's signature "K" (Korean Kick), which innovatively combines Korean flavors with Western cuisine. Each features a juicy chicken or beef patty topped with fresh, crunchy coleslaw tossed in spicy red pepper powder, enhancing both flavor and texture, and is finished with a special BBQ sauce infused with gochujang for a deep, savory, and rich taste.
The Edward Lee Cream Dijon Big Thigh Boneless Chicken is a premium boneless chicken dish topped with a sauce made from smooth cream cheese and Dijon mustard, complemented by crisp onions for a refreshing finish. It features 100% juicy chicken thigh meat that is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, harmoniously paired with a creamy, rich sauce and the clean aftertaste of onions.
A Mamstouch representative stated, "We have fully captured Chef Edward Lee's unique fusion sensibility, which excels at blending Korean ingredients and flavors with exotic menu concepts. While the first collaboration featured American ingredients such as bacon jam and bourbon whiskey as the 'kick,' this time, the collaboration uses familiar Korean flavors and ingredients, allowing domestic consumers to experience a new style of burgers and chicken."
