Graduated Top of Her Class from Seoul National University College of Music
A Pianist Gaining Global Attention
Hyundai Pharmaceutical will hold the 183rd ArtM Concert, titled "Yejin Noh Piano Recital: Passionate, Yet Delicate," at Shinyoung Chamber Hall in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, on October 16.
Pianist Yejin Noh is an accomplished musician who graduated at the top of her class from the College of Music at Seoul National University after attending Yewon School and Seoul Arts High School. She later earned her master's degree and completed the Artist Diploma program at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.
She has an impressive track record in international competitions, having been a finalist at the Montreal International Piano Competition, and a prizewinner at the FVG International Piano Competition, Takamatsu International Piano Competition, Southern Highlands International Piano Competition, San Antonio International Piano Competition, Wideman International Piano Competition, and Washington International Piano Competition, among others. These achievements have established her as a pianist gaining global attention.
She has also consistently released albums. Starting with her debut solo album "Haydn: Piano Sonatas" in 2018, she went on to release "Liszt: Piano Sonata, Reminiscences de Norma" in 2021, and the complete "Chopin Etudes Op.10 & Op.25" in 2023. Most recently, she released the "Rachmaninoff 24 Preludes" album, marking its first-ever release in Korea.
In this performance, Ms. Noh will present both "Liszt Sonata" and "Beethoven Sonata No. 8 'Pathetique'," offering interpretations that traverse comedy and tragedy, and sharing profound insights and musical breathing with the audience.

Meanwhile, the ArtM Concert is a monthly classical concert series organized as part of Hyundai Pharmaceutical's social contribution activities, inviting top-tier artists to provide the public with unique musical experiences.
