Yangsan City to Hold "Yangsan Love Health Walking" Event

Yangsan Public Health Center Hosts Health Walking Event
for Citizens in Conjunction with Yangsan Chrysanthemum Festival

Yangsan City in South Gyeongsang Province will hold the "Yangsan Love Health Walking Event" in conjunction with the Yangsan Chrysanthemum Festival at the outdoor performance stage in the Central Plaza of Hwangsan Park, starting at 7 a.m. on October 25.

The walking course is a single route of approximately 3 kilometers. Participants will start at the outdoor performance stage in the Central Plaza of Hwangsan Park, proceed to the rest area in front of the West Parking Lot (the turnaround point), and return to the Central Plaza of Hwangsan Park.

Citizens wishing to participate can register on-site on the day of the event. Those who complete the walk will receive a commemorative gift, and a completion certification event will also be held, with participants entered into a drawing to win a gifticon.

This event aims to raise awareness of the importance of walking and is part of Yangsan City's walking initiative to promote walking among citizens. It is expected to invigorate daily life and encourage healthy lifestyle habits.

An official from the public health center stated, "By linking the walking event with the Yangsan Chrysanthemum Festival, we hope to provide citizens with a rich array of attractions and foster a walking culture that contributes to public health."
