As of 6:00 p.m. on October 10, the Central Disaster and Safety Countermeasures Headquarters announced that 231 out of 709 administrative information systems, which had been suspended due to the fire at the National Intelligence Resources Management Agency, have been restored.
As a result, the overall system recovery rate reached 32.6%.
On the afternoon of the same day, 14 additional systems, including the backup, management, and monitoring system of the Public Procurement Service, the FTA Tariff Schedule Management System of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and the Integrated Event Management System (nTEMS) of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety, were brought back to normal operation.
In addition, the electronic voucher system for social services of the Ministry of Health and Welfare was partially restored, enabling citizens to access related services again.
Meanwhile, among the most critical first-grade systems, 30 out of 40 have been normalized, resulting in a recovery rate of 75.0%.
