Yangju City in Gyeonggi Province will host the 'Matinee Concert' on October 22 and the 'Park Concert' on October 25, offering citizens refined opportunities to enjoy culture and the arts amid the deepening autumn atmosphere.
The Matinee Concert will feature a performance by the Yangju City Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Kwon Sungjun, and will be held at the City Arts Troupe rehearsal hall. This is a narrated classical music concert designed for audiences to enjoy comfortably during the daytime.
On this day, the orchestra will perform Beethoven's Piano Concerto No. 4 (with pianist Park Jinhyung), Brahms' Symphony No. 3, and more, delivering the profound romance and emotion of classical music to the audience. Tickets can be reserved in advance through Naver Reservation or conveniently by scanning the QR code on the poster.
The Park Concert will be presented by the Yangju City Choir, conducted by Ji Hyunjung, under the theme "Healing on a Deepening Autumn Night." The concert will take place on the outdoor stage at Osansandeul Neighborhood Park (Baekseok-eup Neighborhood Park) in Baekseok-eup.
On this day, the performance will span a variety of genres, including classical (William Tell Overture, Geuriun Geumgangsan, On a Beautiful Day in October, Fly to the Moon), K-POP (Between the Leaves, Trot Medley, Traffic Light), and dance numbers (Too Hot to Samba, Together with You), offering the audience a rich harmony of music.
Additionally, the Baekseok-eup Hwayandol Festival (with Baek Seungho, Baekseok-eup Mayor, and Kim Wonsik, Chair of the Residents' Association) will be held on the same day as the Park Concert, promising even more entertainment for attendees.
