Event to Be Held in Seoul on October 14
Lee: "Seeking the Wisdom of the People"
President Lee Jaemyung announced on October 10 that a "Digital Talk Live" event will be held for the general public to hear about their experiences using the Livelihood Recovery Consumption Coupon.
On his social media account, President Lee stated, "The Presidential Office will host Digital Talk Live as a platform for communication to incorporate the vivid voices of the people into policy." The topic for communication, as announced by President Lee, is "Revitalizing Local Commercial Districts and Consumption Coupons."
President Lee emphasized, "We seek the sincere experiences and wisdom of the public regarding ways to invigorate local neighborhood businesses and the impact of consumption coupons on the regional economy. Your valuable voices-ranging from the effects of the policy felt on the ground, to areas for improvement, and suggestions for a better tomorrow-will serve as a guide for the policies of the Republic of Korea."
The event will take place in Seoul on October 14. Participants include small business owners, self-employed individuals, and members of the public who have experience using the consumption coupon. Applications will be accepted from today until 6 p.m. on October 11.
