Despite the trend of high pre-sale prices and the burden of interest rates, demand for large-scale newly built apartment complexes remains strong.
Experts explain that this is because there is still real demand from people seeking to purchase their own homes in new apartment complexes, as well as investment demand from those who view homes as future assets. They predict that the preference for large-scale new developments will continue for the time being.
A rare large-scale apartment complex with 1,539 units is about to open in Gimhae, and the premium residential brand "Gimhae Andong Epitet" by HL D&I Halla is at the center of attention. The complex will be located in Andong, Gimhae, Gyeongsangnam-do, and will consist of 1,539 units across six types: 59, 68, 77, 84, 110, and 135 square meters. Of these, 765 units will be available for general sale.
The apartments are designed to maximize space utilization, with all units primarily facing south, individual storage rooms (located underground) for each unit, and attic spaces on the top floor. Parking convenience is ensured with 1.5 spaces per unit and a total of 2,310 parking spaces, while the wide distance between buildings is expected to provide a pleasant residential environment.

These facilities are designed to foster communication among residents and provide the perfect environment for leisure and relaxation.
In addition, a 30,000-square-meter neighborhood park is planned nearby, making it a large-scale complex surrounded by greenery where a green lifestyle can be realized.
Located just 20 minutes from the Daedong Advanced Industrial Complex, the development offers an easy commute for workers. It is also situated within the Andong 1 City Development District and the new residential belt of East Gimhae, which comprises around 7,000 households, allowing residents to enjoy a wealth of living infrastructure.
The complex also boasts excellent educational and transportation advantages. With Hwalcheon Elementary School, Hwalcheon Middle School, and Hanil Girls’ High School all within walking distance, it is an ideal environment for families with children. The proximity to Gimhae University Station and East Gimhae IC makes travel to Busan, Gyeongnam, and other regions convenient.
Those who make a reservation in advance and sign a formal contract will receive complimentary air conditioners (four units for 59/68/77/84㎡, six units for 110㎡, and seven units for 135㎡). Meanwhile, the model home for Gimhae Andong Epitet, scheduled to open in October, will be located in Samjeong-dong, Gimhae, Gyeongsangnam-do.
