Lotte Insurance announced on October 10 that it has launched a dedicated insurance product for domestic travelers called "CREW Domestic Travel Insurance."
This product provides coverage for travel throughout all regions of Korea, and anyone from newborns to those aged 79 can enroll.
It covers fracture diagnosis, surgery, cast injury treatment, daily hospitalization benefits for incidents such as food poisoning, and liability accidents that may occur during hotel stays.
There is also coverage for theft at the place of residence during travel, as well as a "Golf Plan" specifically for golf travelers.
The premium is 2,000 won per person for a two-night, three-day trip.
A representative from Lotte Insurance stated, "We analyzed the actual risks that customers traveling domestically may face and enhanced everyday coverage in this product," adding, "It will provide practical support for customers seeking safe and reasonable domestic travel."
