The Small Art Museum End is an open cultural space where local artists and residents can experience and engage with art in their daily lives. True to its name "AND," the museum aims to connect diverse people and art, the local community and the world, as well as everyday life and creative activities. Moving forward, it is expected to serve as a platform for cultural connection through a variety of artistic activities.

Notably, the opening of this small art museum marks the first art museum established in the Samcheok Dogye area, which is facing challenges due to population decline and the downturn of the coal industry. It is planned to operate as a symbolic space that seeks new opportunities through culture and the arts, even amid the risk of regional extinction.
