The tournament organizing committee announced on October 10, "There has been a change in the team lineup," and added, "Korda has withdrawn due to injury." Korean American golfer Yealimi Noh has joined the team in her place. In addition to Korda, Patty Tavatanakit has also withdrawn, and Pajaree Anannarukarn (both from Thailand) will take her spot.


The Hanwha Lifeplus International Crown is a tournament held in a national team format. Based on the world rankings announced on August 5, 32 players from 8 countries have been confirmed to participate. Representing Korea are Kim Hyojoo, Yoo Hae-ran, Ko Jin-young, and Choi Hye-jin-the top four Korean players in the world rankings.


This year, the Hanwha Lifeplus International Crown will be held from October 23 to 26 at New Korea Country Club in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.
