On this day, the KOSPI index opened at 3,598.11, up 48.90 points (1.38%) from the previous trading day. The won/dollar exchange rate started at 1,423.0 won, up 23.0 won, and the KOSDAQ opened at 858.86, up 4.61 points (0.54%).
