Dongmun Construction (Chairman and CEO Kyung Joosun) is generating synergy and maintaining consistency in its brand strategy by renewing an exclusive contract for the fifth consecutive year with actor Lee Jehoon, who serves as the advertising model for its residential brand "Dongmun The East."
This collaboration, which began with the launch of the "Dongmun The East" brand in 2021, has evolved beyond a simple model contract into a long-term partnership that reliably communicates the brand’s message to consumers. Actor Lee Jehoon, known for his wide acting spectrum across various works, has contributed to building the brand’s image, and Dongmun Construction plans to further strengthen brand awareness and trust through this renewed contract.
A Dongmun Construction representative stated, "Long-term collaborations with models are one of the key strategies for maintaining the brand's consistency and stability," adding, "We will continue to broaden our engagement with customers and effectively spread the residential philosophy that our brand seeks to deliver."

The company surpassed its annual order target ahead of schedule this year and continues to achieve stable growth despite the overall downturn in the construction industry. Notably, in the 2025 Construction Capability Evaluation, Dongmun Construction rose eight places from the previous year to rank 53rd, receiving positive evaluations for both its technical prowess and brand competitiveness.
These achievements are attributed to securing a diverse business portfolio and engaging in strategic order activities. Dongmun Construction is expanding its business areas beyond private and public housing projects to include urban renewal and regionally specialized projects, thereby establishing a foundation for sustainable growth.
The company is also steadily expanding its housing supply. Currently, Dongmun Construction is supplying 569 units of "Chuncheon Dongmun The East Urban Foret" in Mancheon-ri, Dong-myeon, Chuncheon, Gangwon Province, drawing significant attention as the first residential complex to be launched in the region. Going forward, the company plans to continue introducing premium residential spaces through new projects in major hubs in both the Seoul metropolitan area and other regions.
