Jeollanam-do and Korea Mobility Group Co., Ltd. will host the "2025 Jeonnam Motor Festival" at the Yeongam International Circuit from October 8 to 12, aiming to popularize motorsports by creating an event that can be enjoyed by racing drivers, general riders, and families alike.

On the first two days, October 8 and 9, the event will feature a "Sports Car Driving Challenge," where participating vehicles will run on the F1 track. Visitors can experience racing indirectly by riding as passengers in sports cars through the "Circuit Taxi" program. The festival will also recreate the grid walk, allowing visitors to enjoy photo opportunities with the participating vehicles lined up at the starting line, along with a unique performance by a popera singer.

There are also programs designed for families with children. All activities, including racing simulator experiences, making Marimo aquariums, planting chrysanthemums and succulents, face painting, caricatures, tarot card readings, and creative workshops to stimulate children's imaginations, are offered free of charge.

Additionally, the pit area, formerly used for race car maintenance, will be transformed into a garden exhibition space, and the paddock club, previously reserved for VIPs, will be opened to the public as an indoor rest area.

On October 10, professional racers will provide theoretical training to general bike riders. Participants will have the opportunity to learn safe riding techniques through circuit driving, which is expected to help broaden the base of motorsports and foster a healthy bike culture.

On October 11 and 12, the fifth round of the "All Korea Road Race Championship (AKRC)" will be held at the permanent circuit. The country's top motorcycle racers will compete in thrilling races, and spectators can watch from the outdoor seating area on the second floor of the main building.

Jang Youngcheol, Director of Corporate City Affairs for Jeollanam-do, stated, "Motorsports hold the greatest value when shared with the public," adding, "Through this event, we aim to develop the international circuit into a space enjoyed not only by enthusiasts but also by the general public."

Detailed schedules and information can be found on the official website and Instagram of the International Circuit.
