Gunwi County in Daegu announced on October 5 that it has appointed Sagoong Jeonghan as the new CEO to lead the Gunwi Culture and Tourism Foundation.
The Gunwi Culture and Tourism Foundation finalized the appointment of its CEO through an open recruitment process conducted by the Executive Recommendation Committee from August to September.
Sakong Jeonghan, CEO of Gunwi Culture and Tourism Foundation (right), is receiving the appointment certificate from Kim Jin-yeol, Gunwi County Governor.
Sagoong Jeonghan, the new CEO, served for 34 years at the National Forestry Cooperative Federation, holding key positions such as Director of the General Affairs Department, Director of the Audit Office, Head of the Daegu-Gyeongbuk Regional Headquarters, Head of the Asset Management Division, and Director of the Forestry Training Institute.
CEO Sagoong Jeonghan stated, "I will lead the foundation to further vitalize the Samguk Yusa Theme Park through the development of diverse content and promote cultural and artistic projects that engage with local residents, so that Gunwi can grow into a leading city for culture and tourism."
