Outrage has spread online after a story emerged about a customer who ordered a meal at a Korean set meal restaurant and then spent a long time working on a laptop. When the owner cautiously asked the customer to vacate the seat, the customer refused, saying, "I still have food left." The customer reportedly stayed in the restaurant for about four hours.

On October 1, the YouTube channel "Vivo TV" shared a story about a troublesome customer at a Korean set meal restaurant. The person who submitted the story said they run a small restaurant in a quiet neighborhood and expressed frustration that a customer comes in almost every day, brings a laptop, and works for over four hours.

The storyteller explained, "I carefully approached the customer and asked if they could leave the seat if they were done eating, but the customer replied, 'Can't you see I still have food left? This is the first time I've been kicked out of a restaurant after paying.'" The customer also reportedly warned, "If you don't want to get review-bombed on your receipts, don't do this."

Song Eunyi, who hosts the YouTube channel, commented, "Unbelievable. This is really crazy. Isn't this way too much? Why would you use a laptop in a Korean set meal restaurant?" She added, "The restaurant only has four tables, and during lunchtime, at most, there are three or four turnovers. That's at least 100,000 won in lost revenue. Go ahead and let them leave a bad review," expressing her anger.

Kim Sook also agreed, saying, "There are only four tables in the restaurant. If people are waiting, shouldn't you get up quickly after finishing your meal?" She added, "Just because you paid doesn't mean you rented out the place. Once you're done eating, you should leave," expressing support for the restaurant owner's position.
