Gwanak District in Seoul (Mayor Joonhee Park) announced on October 3 that it has created a "Chrysanthemum Garden" in the Byeolbitnaerimcheon area for the Chuseok holiday, allowing residents to fully enjoy the autumn atmosphere and spend quality time with their families.

The Chrysanthemum Garden will be on display from today until November 14. Covering 600 square meters around the Byeolbitnaerimcheon children's water playground and wall fountain, the garden features a total of 12,550 flowers, including 9,800 chrysanthemums and 2,750 perennial herbaceous flowers such as Gujeolcho and Gaura. These blooms transform the landscape into a vibrant autumn scene. In addition, various facilities such as a chrysanthemum tunnel, photo zones, and benches have been installed, providing visitors with plenty to see and memorable experiences.
The district expects the Byeolbitnaerimcheon Chrysanthemum Garden to become a popular urban attraction where residents seeking relaxation and healing in nature can enjoy themselves close to home.
