Prime Minister Kim Minseok is speaking at the "1st 3+Alpha (α) Meeting" held at the Prime Minister's Office in the Government Complex Seoul in Jongno-gu, Seoul, on October 2, 2025. The meeting was attended by Prime Minister Kim, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance Koo Yooncheol, and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Science and ICT Bae Kyunghoon.
