Musso EV Sells 6,311 Units in Six Months Since Launch
Annual Target Achieved
KG Mobility (KGM) announced on October 1 that it sold a total of 10,636 units last month, achieving its highest monthly sales of the year. This represents a 39.3% increase compared to the same month last year, with 4,100 units sold domestically and 6,536 units exported.
Exports surpassed 6,000 units for the first time in three months since June (6,200 units), marking the highest performance of the year. This figure more than doubled, increasing by 110.7% compared to the same month last year.
The upward trend continued as sales of eco-friendly vehicles increased, including the Musso EV (654 units) and Torres Hybrid (392 units), which were launched globally in Germany last month, as well as the Torres EVX (1,303 units) and Actyon Hybrid (705 units).
Domestic sales exceeded 4,000 units for the third consecutive month, led by the Musso EV (957 units). The Musso EV surpassed its annual target of 6,000 units in just over six months since its launch, with cumulative sales reaching 6,311 units.
Cumulative sales of pickup trucks reached 11,095 units, accounting for 64% of total domestic pickup sales (17,318 units).
A KGM official stated, "Thanks to the strong performance in both the domestic market and the increasing exports of eco-friendly vehicles such as the Musso EV and Torres EVX, we have achieved our highest monthly sales this year and the growth trend continues." The official added, "We will continue to expand domestic sales of the Musso EV and other models, while increasing export volumes through the launch of new products in global markets and differentiated marketing strategies as part of our aggressive approach to the export market."
