Imsil County in North Jeolla Province announced on October 1 that the "2025 Imsil N Cheese Festival" will be held for five days from the 8th to the 12th at Imsil Cheese Theme Park, Imsil Cheese Village, and the Imsil-eup area.
Celebrating its 11th edition, the Imsil N Cheese Festival will be held for five days this year, extended from the previous four, as it coincides with the Year of Visiting Imsil. The festival has significantly enhanced its offerings in terms of taste, style, and enjoyment.

In particular, the festival will feature special programs that allow visitors to fully experience the rich flavors of Imsil cheese, including premium aged cheese made from high-quality Jersey cow milk, known for its superior taste and nutrition, as well as unsweetened yogurt programs beneficial for adult diets and bone health.
The main programs have also been greatly expanded, with over 70 programs across 10 categories, such as the Imsil N Global Cheese Food Fair, a delicious dessert fondue experience using aged cheese, the National Imsil N Cheese Giant Rice Pizza, and the Imsil N Aged Cheese Rolling event, all prepared to welcome visitors.
The opening celebration concert on the 8th will feature top Korean artists, including Son Taejin, winner of Burning Trotman; Bae Ahyeon, runner-up of Miss Trot 3; Kim Dahyun, the Korean traditional music trot fairy; and the talented girl group Mimirose, who will deliver a spectacular performance.
Following this, the Imsil N Cheese Concert on the 10th will present a romantic autumn night with beautiful melodies from Kim Yongbin, winner of Mister Trot 3; trot idol Kim Heejae; trot fairy Jeon Yujin; and the beloved folk group Bicycle Riding Landscape.
The closing performance on the 12th, which will mark the grand finale of the festival, will feature Hwang Garam, star of "I Am a Firefly," the original emotional diva Lim Sujeong, and the next-generation K-pop rookie group TIOT, creating a dazzling end to the festival's final night.
The autumn atmosphere at the festival grounds will be even more enchanting. The breathtaking landscape of ten million chrysanthemum flowers, which receives enthusiastic responses every year, will be harmoniously combined with a European-style rose garden to create a fantastic scene. At night, spectacular LED lighting will illuminate the grounds, offering an unforgettable nightscape.
There will also be a feast of local cuisine, prepared with care by the 12 township and village lifestyle improvement associations, featuring beef from cows raised in the pristine environment of Imsil. Dishes such as ox head soup, spicy beef soup, freshwater snail soup, as well as unique cheese-based local specialties like cheese sorghum pancakes and cheese tteokbokki, will provide a rich variety of flavors to satisfy all ages.
As a special event for festival visitors, Imsil N Cheese dairy products, which are rarely discounted, will be offered at a 20% discount for all five days of the festival.
Governor Shim Min stated, "The breathtaking scenery of over ten million chrysanthemum flowers and the diverse programs at this year's festival will offer unforgettable enjoyment to countless visitors. I hope you will savor the chrysanthemum flower feast and the delicious beef from cows raised in pristine Imsil at the cheese festival, visit the Okjeongho Suspension Bridge, admire the magnificent flowers, and fully experience the true charm of Imsil, a city aiming for ten million tourists."
