The Financial Supervisory Service announced that on the 1st, it visited traditional markets to carry out sharing activities aimed at revitalizing traditional markets and ensuring that marginalized neighbors can enjoy a warm holiday.


On this day, Chanjin Lee, Governor of the Financial Supervisory Service, Hoseong Lee, CEO of Hana Bank, Miseop Kim, CEO of Mirae Asset Securities, Bonwook Koo, CEO of KB Insurance, and Seokhee Park, Vice President of Shinhan Card, visited Moksarang Market in Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, together with the Salvation Army Korea.


With a jointly prepared donation of 90 million won, they purchased daily necessities such as rice cakes, fruits, dried seafood, and Onnuri gift certificates for traditional markets, and delivered them to vulnerable groups in the community and social welfare organizations.


Governor Lee stated, "I hope this sharing activity helps traditional market merchants and neighbors in need have a warm Chuseok. I also expect that the continued efforts for mutual growth in the financial sector will bring new vitality to the local community."
