THE E&M announced on September 25 that all agenda items proposed at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders were approved as originally submitted.
Glenn Stephen Gainor, CEO of Hollywood Ventures Group, was appointed as an outside non-executive director, and new business objectives were also added.
Specifically, the new objectives include: ▲stage and set system construction business ▲film and other visual equipment and machinery rental business ▲film and other visual production facility rental business ▲installation and management of exhibition halls and performance venues ▲operation of performance and recording facilities ▲intellectual property (IP) licensing business, among others.
CEO Gainor previously served as Head of Physical Production at Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Motion Picture Group. With his extensive Hollywood experience and deep understanding of the studio-related industry, he plans to provide strategic partnership advice with global media companies and studios for the Cheongna project.
