Agency Agreement with SBS Medianet Through 2027
KLPGA Broadcasts Secured with Australia's Fox Sports and Thailand's TrueVisions
G-Adsports, a company specializing in sports marketing, has signed an agency agreement to sell the overseas broadcasting rights for the Korea Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA).
On September 24, G-Adsports entered into a broadcasting rights sales contract with SBS Medianet, the official KLPGA broadcasting rights partner, extending through 2027. Along with this agreement, G-Adsports also secured KLPGA broadcasting rights contracts with Astro in Malaysia and Brunei, as well as ODK in the United States and Canada. Additionally, Australian Fox Sports and Thailand’s TrueVisions broadcast the recently concluded KLPGA Tour Hana Financial Group Championship on both sports channels and over-the-top (OTT) platforms simultaneously.
G-Adsports stated, "We are actively collaborating with various international media platforms to ensure that the KLPGA is loved not only in Korea but also on the global stage," adding, "We aim to further enhance the brand value of Korean women's golf and share the appeal of the KLPGA with fans worldwide." Having previously led the overseas broadcasting rights business for the Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) and the Korea Volleyball Federation (KOVO), G-Adsports has now established itself as a leading global sports broadcasting rights company through its efforts to promote KLPGA overseas broadcasting rights sales.
