He added, "Through this event, we hope not only to bring new joy and vitality to local small business owners and residents, but also to create opportunities for sharing new and diverse cultural experiences together."

Key events include "MC Hong Geumpyo & Park Seoyeon's Yeommae Market Deep Dive," where local professional MCs Hong Geumpyo and Park Seoyeon will introduce stores and products in Yeommae Market, interview key figures, citizens, and small business owners, and enjoy busking performances held in the market. After acquiring Donga Department Store, a leading distributor in Daegu-Gyeongbuk, in 2010, E-Land Retail has focused its efforts on social contribution projects for regional coexistence. Guided by the group’s management philosophy that "a company must generate profits and use those profits properly," the company has pledged to return 10% of its annual net profit to society through welfare projects in the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region, consistently upholding its commitment to grow together with the local community.

E-Land Retail, representing the Daegu-Gyeongbuk region within E-Land Group, has organized volunteer groups and made every effort to promote volunteer activities as part of its social contribution initiatives. These efforts include the "Love Shopping Bag" campaign, which delivers essential goods to underprivileged groups each month, as well as regular visits to local social welfare facilities to provide cleaning, bathing, and goods delivery services.

The company also provided a 100 million won donation to Daegu City and the Daegu Social Welfare Council after the Seomun Market fire on November 30, 2016.

On December 7, 2022, E-Land Retail was awarded the Prime Minister's Commendation at the Daegu Volunteer Conference, hosted by Daegu City, in recognition of 13 years of continuous social contribution activities, including sharing love with neighbors in need who have been marginalized since 2010.
