Held at Mapo Saebit Culture Forest Lawn Square
Mapo-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Park Kangsu) will host the 3rd Skyway Festa at the Mapo Saebit Culture Forest Lawn Square on September 27, 2025. This event, recognized as the signature cultural and arts festival of the Hapjeong commercial district, will present a variety of programs under the theme "The Road Where Wishes Come True."
The festival will begin at 3:00 p.m. with a K-pop performance and a spectacular dance show. At 3:50 p.m., the opening ceremony will feature a declaration of the festival's commencement, followed by a special performance themed around "wishes" called the "Wish Ball Rolling," which is expected to heighten the excitement at the venue. In addition to performances, a wide range of food and entertainment options will be available. From noon to 6:00 p.m., visitors can enjoy booths offering personal color analysis, pop art experiences, and pop-up stalls selling mini potted plants and accessories. Food booths featuring popular restaurants from the Skyway commercial district will serve favorites such as sandwiches and ice cream.
A "Stamp Tour" will also be held to help revitalize the local business district. Participants who use a store and then post proof on social media at the festival site will receive a mobile gift voucher.
As a pre-event, a "Wish Mailbox Participation Event" will take place at the Wish Square in front of Hapjeong Station Exit 7 until September 27. Residents can write a wish postcard, drop it in the mailbox, and upload a proof photo to their personal social media accounts with the hashtags "Wish Mailbox" and "Skyway Festa" to enter the event.
