Double-Digit Recruitment Continues from First Half
Hiring in 10 Fields Including Housing Planning

Kumho Engineering & Construction has begun its open recruitment for new and experienced employees for the second half of 2025. Following the recruitment in the first half of the year, the company has decided to conduct another open recruitment on a double-digit scale in the second half.

On the 19th, Kumho Engineering & Construction announced that it will be recruiting new employees in a total of 10 fields to strengthen its housing business capabilities and secure future growth engines.

The recruitment fields for new employees include architectural construction, mechanical construction, civil engineering construction, sales, housing planning, IT system operations, human resources, risk management (asset management), strategic planning, and safety management, totaling 10 fields. For experienced professionals, the company is recruiting in three areas: civil engineering (sales), legal affairs, and safety management.

Applications can be submitted on the Kumho Engineering & Construction recruitment website from the 19th until 6:00 p.m. on the 28th. Successful applicants from the document screening process will go through an online aptitude test (including an artificial intelligence competency assessment), a first-round practical interview, and a second-round executive interview, with final selections to be made in December.

Meanwhile, in the open recruitment for new employees held in the first half of the year, more than 3,500 people applied during the document screening stage, marking the highest number of applicants since the company began recruiting new employees.
