Samsung Card Launches Chuseok Shopping Event: Gift Certificates and Discounts at Emart, Homeplus, and More

Up to 50% Off Chuseok Gift Sets at Emart and More

Samsung Card announced on September 18 that it will be holding a shopping event to celebrate Chuseok.

Customers who pay for event products with a Samsung Card at Emart, Traders, Lotte Mart, Nonghyup Hanaro Mart, and Homeplus will be able to purchase items at special prices. Gift certificates will be provided based on the amount spent.

First, until October 6, customers who purchase Chuseok gift sets with a Samsung Card at Emart and Traders can receive up to a 50% discount. Depending on the purchase amount, there will be a Shinsegae gift certificate giveaway. Up to 1 million won will be given until September 26, and up to 500,000 won until October 6.

At Lotte Mart, until September 26, customers who purchase Chuseok gift sets can receive up to a 30% discount and up to 500,000 won in Lotte gift certificates.

At Nonghyup Hanaro Mart, from September 21 to October 5, purchasing gift sets will allow customers to receive up to a 50% discount. Depending on the payment amount, Rural Love gift certificates worth up to 2.5 million won will be provided.

At Homeplus, discounts of up to 50% will be available until October 7. During the pre-order period, which lasts until September 26, customers who pay with an event card can receive an instant discount of up to 5 million won or be given gift certificates, depending on the purchase amount.

A Samsung Card representative said, "We have prepared this event so that customers can purchase holiday gifts at reasonable prices for Chuseok," adding, "We plan to continue offering useful benefits to our customers in the future."
