"Let us, as all hospital executives and staff, unite in overcoming crises and create opportunities for even greater progress. Through dedication and cooperation, we will rebuild our hospital and establish a new history together."
Park Jaehyung, Director of Sejong Chungnam National University Hospital, held his inauguration ceremony on September 16, attended by more than 200 people, including key executives and staff members, as well as Jo Kanghee, Director of Chungnam National University Hospital, the parent institution.
In his inauguration speech, Director Park stated, "Sejong Chungnam National University Hospital opened in July 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, and has since overcome many challenges, quietly protecting the health of Sejong citizens while providing patient-centered medical care. Although many difficulties still remain, we are doing our utmost to safeguard the health of Sejong citizens." He continued, "At this new starting line, I wish to share our key goals for overcoming crises and building a better future." He emphasized, "We will strengthen our engagement with the local community, reinforce our role at the forefront of public healthcare, fulfill our responsibilities as the only national university hospital in the administrative capital, lead the field of smart healthcare, and create a hospital where employees feel safe, happy, and fulfilled."
Director Park Jaehyung's term will run until August 31, 2027.
