The festival will take place at three locations, each highlighting its unique characteristics: Gwangjin Square, Konkuk University Taste Street, and in front of Lotte Department Store Konkuk University Star City branch. The main events will begin on the afternoon of September 18 at Gwangjin Square, featuring the university club singing contest "Melody Road Song Festival," the Youth Art Exhibition, the Youth Q&A OX Quiz, the Youth Arcade, and promotional booths for district policies targeting young people.

At Konkuk University Taste Street, the "Night Beer Festival" will be held in collaboration with the Konkuk University Merchants’ Association, heating up the night for young festival-goers. There will be a variety of events, including a HiteJinro pop-up store, B-boy performances, fortune cookie "A Piece of Luck," beer cup making, and the Youth Level Test.

In front of Lotte Department Store Konkuk University Star City branch, there will be special discount events for clothing brands popular among young people and a youth book fair in partnership with Kyobo Bookstore. The festival will also offer an interactive "Stamp Tour" with experiences such as decorating your own T-shirt, mini-games, and writing letters to yourself, adding to the fun of the event.

On the second day, September 19, the festival will feature "Youth Theater & Film Festival," showcasing self-produced plays and films, the "Song Contest U Turn," where participants compete one-on-one in various genres, and the "Youth Talk Show" with comedy YouTuber Deep. The closing ceremony will be headlined by the popular band Peppertones, bringing the festival to a grand finale.

This year's festival is a youth-led event, with a "Youth Road Festival Planning Group" of 40 young people participating directly in everything from planning to operation. The group is divided into five teams responsible for stage programs, side events, design, local business collaboration, and publicity.

Kim Kyungho, Mayor of Gwangjin District, said, "This festival, filled with youthful passion and creativity, will inject new energy into the region and serve as a catalyst for transforming it into a dynamic cultural city." He added, "We will also expand collaboration between 'Youth Road' and local businesses to establish the festival as a platform for mutual growth among the public, private sector, and academia."
