Attendance at the "2025 National Members' Convention of the Movement for the Right Living"
The Geumsan County Council of the Movement for the Right Living (Chairman Kim Sangwan) conducted a promotional campaign on September 11 in Jeju Island by distributing brochures for the Geumsan World Ginseng Festival.
The Geumsan County Council attended the "2025 National Members' Convention of the Movement for the Right Living" held at the Jeju International Convention Center that day, wearing Geumsan World Ginseng Festival T-shirts and promoting the upcoming 43rd Geumsan World Ginseng Festival, which will be held on September 19.
They encouraged visits to the Ginseng Festival, focusing their efforts around the event venue, including Jeju Airport Terminal, where the national convention took place, thereby sparking greater interest in the Geumsan World Ginseng Festival.
A total of 30 members, including the council chairman, women's committee chair, mountaineering club chair, town and township committee chairs and vice-chairs, board members, auditors, and the secretary general, actively participated in the promotional activities.
As part of the side events, members visited historical sites such as the Jeju 4·3 Peace Park to reflect on the significance of reconciliation and peace.
Chairman Kim Sangwan stated, "Since this is a large-scale event with participation from local governments nationwide, we can expect a significant promotional effect for the festival," adding, "We will step up our efforts to attract more tourists and further promote the excellence of Geumsan ginseng."
