Onboarding in January Next Year
On September 12, CJ ENM announced that it will be holding an open recruitment for new employees in the second half of this year. The recruitment process is divided into Creator, General, and Global tracks, and the company is seeking new talent to work across all areas, from content production to platform business and global business.
In the Creator track, the company will hire producers for variety shows, music, and drama production. The General track is divided into content (tech and marketing) and platform (business, tech, and staff) positions. For the first time, new employees will be hired for roles in Tving development, data, strategic planning, and Mnet Plus business operations. The Global track is limited to global performance business and global music production roles.
The recruitment process varies by position. For the Creator track, the process includes application submission, an AI competency assessment, a test, the CJWT/PD audition, a planning mission, an evaluation of job performance abilities, and a final interview. For the General and Global tracks, the process consists of application submission, an AI competency assessment, a test, a first and second interview, and then final selection.
Applications must be submitted through the CJ Group recruitment website by September 24. Final candidates will undergo onboarding training in January next year before officially joining the company.
