Shinhan Bank Launches Second-Half Recruitment for About 100 New Employees

This recruitment drive includes: ▲open recruitment for new general staff members (including local talent), ▲bespoke hiring for specialized positions, and ▲hiring for administrative roles.

In particular, Shinhan Bank has decided to conduct bespoke hiring to strengthen its core financial expertise, selecting candidates with specialized skills such as risk modeling experts and those who have passed the second stage of the certified public accountant exam. To support the early entry of young talent into society, the bank has newly introduced a special recruitment track for graduates of specialized high schools in the administrative workforce category.

Meanwhile, Shinhan Bank is diversifying its recruitment methods to align with the era of diversity. In the first half of this year, the bank introduced a local talent track in the open recruitment process for general staff and conducted a special leadership recruitment for discharged military officers, hiring a total of 120 people through these initiatives.
