This budget represents an increase of 65.4 billion won (8.5%) compared to the original budget, making it the largest in the county's fiscal history. The general account was set at 718.5 billion won (an increase of 59.6 billion won), and the special account at 118.4 billion won (an increase of 5.8 billion won).

The main allocations by sector are as follows: 17.9 billion won for agriculture, forestry, maritime, and fisheries; 9.9 billion won for public administration; 8.6 billion won for industry, small and medium enterprises, and energy; 6.7 billion won for culture and tourism; 6.3 billion won for environment, welfare, and health; 6.0 billion won for national land and regional development; and 1.9 billion won for public order, safety, and education. The budget was distributed evenly without concentration in any specific sector.

In particular, the county prioritized livelihood support budgets that residents can directly feel. The livelihood recovery consumption coupon project, which was quickly implemented through a pre-established budget in July, achieved a 99% distribution rate, demonstrating its effectiveness. In this supplementary budget, 7.8 billion won has been allocated to ensure the stability and sustainability of the project.

Additionally, with an 800 million won increase in the Boseong Love Gift Certificate budget in this supplementary round, the total issuance for this year will reach 45 billion won, including 20 billion won in paper certificates and 25 billion won in card-type certificates.

Large-scale projects aimed at establishing a foundation for mid- to long-term growth and improving living conditions have also been included. These include 9.6 billion won for the Beolgyo Cultural Complex Center, 5.2 billion won for the Boseong Marine Leisure Tourism Hub, 3.0 billion won for rice farming stabilization measures, 3.8 billion won for the Daejeon District village sewage system improvement, 2.1 billion won for the Urban Regeneration New Deal Project (general neighborhood type), 2.0 billion won for the Beolgyo Integrated Sports Facility, and 1.8 billion won for the development of region-specific tourism infrastructure. Through the expansion of cultural and sports infrastructure, strengthening of the tourism industry foundation, and improvement of the living environment, the county aims to achieve sustainable growth and enhance the quality of life for its residents.

County Governor Kim Cheolwoo stated, "This supplementary budget is a significant turning point, as it is the first time since the founding of the county that we have surpassed 800 billion won. We will do our utmost to ensure prompt and responsible execution so that these changes can be tangibly felt in the daily lives of our residents."
