Travel YouTuber and broadcaster Kwak Tube (real name Kwak Junbin, age 33) will be getting married next month to his non-celebrity partner.
On September 8, Kwak Tube announced on his YouTube channel, "I'm finally getting married," and added, "We've decided to hold the wedding in October." He originally planned to hold the ceremony in May next year, but explained that he moved up the date after sharing news of their pregnancy.
Kwak Tube expressed his feelings by saying, "A greater blessing has come our way, so we decided to get married sooner. I want to become a good father and a good husband, having grown up in a harmonious family. I am extremely happy."
His agency, SM C&C, also released an official statement that day, saying, "Kwak Junbin will be getting married this October. The bride is a non-celebrity, and the two have built a relationship of trust and love as a couple, promising to be lifelong partners." The wedding will be held privately, attended only by close family members and friends.
Kwak Tube has established himself as one of Korea's leading travel creators, sharing honest travel stories. His videos introducing daily life and culture in various countries have attracted 2.1 million subscribers. He has also appeared on EBS's "Kwak Junbin's World Reporter Restaurant," "Choo Sung Hoon's You Should Earn Your Meal," and MBN's "Jun Hyun Moo's Plan."
