The National Health Insurance Service Busan Ulsan Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters (headed by Cho Junhee) announced on September 8 that it promoted key issues and the system at the "2025 Cinema Concert" held at the Busan Cinema Center in Haeundae District, Busan, on September 5.
This concert was a local cultural event held to celebrate "UNESCO Creative City of Film Busan" and to wish for the successful hosting of the 2025 Busan International Film Festival, with more than 3,000 citizens in attendance.
The organization operated a promotional booth at the event, introducing useful programs to citizens, including the organization's tobacco lawsuit, integrated care services, public interest whistleblower rewards, national health checkups, and improved treatment for care workers. In particular, an interactive event featuring the organization's character was held, receiving a positive response from visitors.
Cho Junhee, head of the regional headquarters, stated, "Through this activity connected to a local cultural event, the organization was able to become even closer to citizens," and added, "We will do our best to protect the public's right to health and to promote the true value of the system."
